Ghie: Yes! Even in such a glimpse of the eye, the host was capable enough to describe each of
them.
Nimo: Was it explicit?
Ghie: I believe so, the host was certainly confident during the presentation.
Nimo: I should have been there to see it myself.
Ghie: Missing that presentation is really a big loss to you!
Nimo: Don’t worry, next time I’m going to make sure that I’ll be there to see it myself.
Ghie: You better be!
1. How will you feel if someone approaches you for a feedback after a presen-
tation?
Sample answer:
It will be totally fine with me. As a presenter, I should know how I looked during the
presentation. I’d rather hear it straight from the horse’s mouth than allowing them to
do it behind my back. I honestly hate back-fighters and for me, both good and bad
comments are beneficial for my growth as a presenter.
2. If the presenter is your friend, will you let him know about his poor perfor-
mance during the presentation?
Sample answer:
Certainly, I will inform him about it. The truth might really hurt; however, he needs to
grow up. More than anyone else, I should always be honest to him. I know that in the
end, he will appreciate my comments for it will serve him best.
3. At a glance, how will you describe a sandwich method of giving feedback?
Sample answer:
If I have limited time to share my observation to others, I will quickly inform him of his
plus and delta points. I will package the quick feedback session with his best practices,
