EVENTS OVER THE YEAR
A milestone event for the SA Chamber UK was
the panel discussion held at GIBS in February,
to address corruption, the key speaker on the
panel being Lord Peter Hain who was supported
by Bonang Mohale, Gideon Pogrund, Claudelle
von Eck and Wessel Badenhorst, the floor
contributions coming from Rothschild, PwC,
Cogenta and Adv Paul Pretorius. The speaker
at the follow on event was Judge Zondo.
We held 87 events in 2023, just topping the 83 of 2022. These were made up of round
tables, morning seminars, hybrid panels, trade conventions and in person panels, festivals
with discussions in London, Johannesburg and Cape Town.
