Regrowth.
Apart from fade, Fig 65 shows varying degrees of re-growth, each
re-growth has one centre metre of the new growth which is not
keratinised, when going darker than natural base colour 7 (Blonde)
with 6% hydrogen peroxide is not a problem.
If the client decides she likes the lighter colour that 6 has lifted to over
the past six months, and asks you if you can change the colour to the
same as the ends. The answer is yes but it is not as easy as it may seem.
The number 6 has lifted to a number eight over the last six months due to
fade. Mix number 8 with 9% hydrogen peroxide and apply to within a
centre metre of the scalp to where the fade begins. After twenty minutes
mix fresh number 8 with 9% hydrogen peroxide and apply from the scalp
right through the hair over the fade as well to the tips of the hair, leave a
