FRIDAY NIGHT SESSION TOPICS
Acting National Secretary-Treasurer Brother Mark Underwood will
address all the changes that have been happening at the National Office,
and how they are focused on becoming more “Chapter Centric” and
“member focused.”
National Webmaster and Chair of IT Committee Brother Bill Hick-
ey will recap activities to update and revamp the website and integrate ac-
cess to the database so Secretaries, AR’s, RR’s, and members can work di-
rectly with their data.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON SESSION SCHEDULE
Opening of the National Midwinter Meeting
National President Brother Bob Roth will present a short review of
the state of the Order and how we can add value to the Chapters and Na-
tional level experience.
Regional Representative Brother Rickey Townsell will review the
new “Local Awards Program.”
Area Representatives Brothers Tom Lewis and David Mahoney, and Brother
David Bella will address how to use Social Media to find new members and keep exist-
ing members engaged. They will also discuss how to rebuild aged-out chapters from
the “outside-in.”
National Membership Chairman Brother James Pugsley will review
the R3 program—”Recruiting, Retention, and Recovery” and its deploy-
ment.
National President Brother Bob Roth and Area Representative
Dave Mahoney will provide important information about how the ANC will
be conducted—virtually AND in person. There will be much to learn about
and plan for with the upcoming ANC.
Closing of the National Midwinter Meeting
