TITLE NATIONAL OFFICERS

ARTICLE VI, Section 1 NATIONAL OFFICERS is missing the National Chap-
WHEREAS lain, Judge Advocate, Surgeon and Historian.
The numbering of each office is not in sync with the other areas of the C&BL.
That Section 1 of the By-Laws be the same as Article VI of the Constitution with
the statement: Their duties, qualifications, and terms of office are described herein.
That BY-LAWS ARTICLE VI Section 1 will be modified as noted below:
