TITLE NATIONAL COMMANDER SHOULD BE A NATIONAL OFFICER

The Constitution and Bylaws ARTICLE VI, Section 1, NATIONAL OFFICERS
states that Past National Commanders are National Officers,
and whereas the National Commander is elected by the Heroes of '76,
and whereas he serves in the highest and most demanding position in Heroes of '76,
WHEREAS
and whereas The National Commander is responsible to the National President for
all Heroes of '76 activities,
and whereas the National Commander is a primary advisor to the National Presi-
dent,
THEREFORE That the National Commander, upon Election at the Annual National Encampment
BE IT and Installation at the National President’s Banquet, is a National Officer and a mem-
RESOLVED ber of the Executive Committee.
