TITLE NATIONAL SECRETARY-TREASURER’S DUTIES

When the National Secretary is conducting the normal and regular business of
National Sojourners, Inc. he is under the supervision of the National President (No
Other). During the conversion of the National Bylaws and Regulations to the
National Constitution and By-Laws, three (3) references to the Trustees and
Historian having control of the Secretary's duties and actions were added by the
WHEREAS Constitutional Commission. These references must be removed as they were not in

the National Regulation 6-2.
The Trustees have no control over the everyday operations of the National Sojourn-
ers and any information and historical data needed by the Historian is published in
the SOJOURNER Magazine or can be obtained by a visit to National Headquarters.

Section 6 a.5.
