Section 15(b)

TITLE PROCEDURES FOR RESOLUTION COMMITTEE
Article VIII, Section 15(b) provides for the duties of the Resolutions Committee,
and it states as the duties of the Committee:
Duties:
8. Provide a copy of each Resolution to the Committee of 33 Chairman for distribution
and review of all Resolutions, recommending approval or disapproval of each Resolution,
and along with the Resolutions Committee's recommendations be presented to the Dele-
gates at the National Convention.
WHEREAS
12. Present the Resolutions, along with the Resolutions Committee's and Committee of
33's recommendation for approval or disapproval of each Resolution and the rationale for
the recommendation to the National Convention when directed by the National President.

The order of distribution of proposed resolutions is somewhat illogical in that the Reso-
lutions must be provided to the JAG and Committee of 33 before they have been adjudi-
cated by the full Resolutions Committee,

That Article VIII, Section 15b8 be removed from the C&BL, and be replaced with:

THEREFORE, 8. Upon the Resolution Committee’s completion of review of annual Resolutions,
BE IT and final submission to the NST, the Chairman of the Resolutions Committee will pro-
RESOLVED vide a copy of each approved Resolution to the Chairman of the Committee of 33 for
distribution to the members of the Committee of 33, who will provide a collective rec-
ommendation of approval or disapproval.
