TITLE CHAPTER ANNUAL REPORTS SUBMISSION DATES
The National Bylaws currently require that each Chapter submit its Chapter Annual
Report (CAR) not later than 31 July, and
The officer information is needed for communications between the National Office
and the Chapters’ Presidents and Secretaries, and
WHEREAS The information provided in the CAR is required to produce the Annual Staff Direc-

tory which is used by the National Line officers and National Committees, and
The information in the CAR is needed as soon after the Annual National Convention
as possible,
That the last sentence of Section 1 of ARTICLE XIV of the National Bylaws which
