TITLE Replacement of National Trustees

The National Constitution and Bylaws of National Sojourners, Inc. is silent on how
vacancies among the National Trustees are filled, and
Article VI, Section 14 of the National Bylaws states, “Each Trustee may serve a total
of three (3), full, three (3)-year terms plus any initial, unexpired portion of a term
WHEREAS
filled by election or appointment.”, therefore inferring that a vacancy may be filled by
election or appointment, but does not say how or by whom, and

That Article VI, Section 14 be modified by adding a new Subsection 14.c which
