TITLE CHANGE SCHEDULE OF FEES: MIP to be $325.00
In 2016 this order became a Veterans Organization made up of all military ranks. The
cost of an MIP in this Masonic body should never be measured in overhead cost, but in
easy access and open effort, to insure every single Master Mason who is a
WHEREAS veteran, who honorably served in the Uniformed Services becomes a National
Sojourner. Furthermore, we as a body should not be burdening our Chapter Secretaries
with annual dues and per capita collections, and every effort should be made to make the
entire order MIP based.
THEREFORE That the Schedule of Fees approved in June 2023 be amended:
BE IT MEMBERSHIP IN PERPETUITY: $325.00

TITLE CHANGE DUTIES OF THE NATIONAL SECRETARY-TREASURER
Article IV, Section 6 (a)(9) of the National Constitution and Bylaws states"
Deliver the Resolutions Package to the Chairmen of the Resolutions Committee
and the Committee of 33 not later than 10 November.", and
Article VIlI, Section 15 (b)(8), Resolutions Committee, of the National Constitution and
Bylaws states" Provide a copy of each Resolution to the Committee of 33
Chairman for distribution and review of all Resolutions, recommending approval or
WHEREAS disapproval of each Resolution, and along with the Resolutions Committee's
recommendations be presented to the Delegates at the National Convention.", and

distribution of proposed resolutions to the JAG and Committee of 33 for review and
recommendations,
THEREFORE, That Article IV, Section 6(a)9 be rescinded and all paragraphs thereafter in Section 6(a) be
