The following National Sojourners 2021-2022 Budget was presented and approved:

Brother Roth announced and expounded upon how Committee and Officer reports were submitted for both
the Mid-Winter Meeting (for a mid-year review) and for the ANC. Delegates received the ANC end-of-year
reports prior to the ANC by email. He hoped this practice would continue. Brother Roth stated since the re-
ports have already been disseminated prior to the ANC, the good news is those who will now give their reports
will focus on their comments in short order and discuss only what is necessary for the ensuing year.
The National President called upon the following members to speak briefly on the indicated topics:
Marty Schwebel: Colors presentation at the 2021 virtual Conference of Grand Masters
Keye Perry: CLMA (upcoming fund raiser)
Peter Cauchon: Incentives and Awards
John Hillyer: Committee of 33
Chuck Warren: acting National 2VP (technology used at the ANC)
Denny Norris: acting National 1VP (I&A handbook, planning for future)
