Correct slip

Shifting shoulders vs. slipping: Proper slipping entails
moving your head off the center line of attack. Although
alternating and shifting your shoulders forward mimics

slipping, it does little to change your head position, which
compromises your defense. In the incorrect image, the
boxer shifts her shoulders forward, alternating sides through
rotation around her waist. Notice her head position, which
remains in the center line of attack. In the correct image,

the boxer bends laterally around the waist from side to side
to change her head position away from the center line of
                attack.
