Start Date: Wednesday 2nd of September.

To Supply and Install Selective Pallet Racking as per drawing number BQ-3000 V1
Two Runs of Selective Pallet joined back to back comprised of the following.
Eleven Bays (11) at 2591mm and One (1) Bridge Bay at 3810mm Long, total length
of runs 33,589mm. Frames are 6096mm high x 2106mm deep (comprising of two
(2) frames by 838mm deep joined with 430mm row connector)
Eleven (11) 2591mm Bays per run will be fitted with three (3) beam levels, this will
store eight (8) pallets per bay including
floor level.
One (1) 3810mm Bridge Bay per run will be fitted with two (2) beam levels, this will
store six (6) pallets bays.
One single entry (1) Run by fourteen (14) bays x 6096mm High x 838mm deep.
Each bay will be fitted with Three (3) beam levels.
Total 1165mm
Jason will Advise on the day of installation on where the runs of racking will begin.

Create a job costing project tracker in Xero

Follow up and advise all financial transactions, i.e. deposits/progress payments
received
All expenses processed in BOS must have a BQ-0000 number before it can be
approved.

All transactions are to be processed according to these BQ numbers.

At months end, Finance are to produce BQ-0000 profit/loss statements for signoff.
