This is not just the outward behavior of a child but dives deeply into

the issues of the heart. We keep shouting, repeating instructions or

raising our voices over and over again in an attempt to get them to

obey and most often is very discouraging, annoying and frustrating

that you can get them to obey in one instruction because we are not

able to reach the heart of our children. Getting to reach their heart

will enable them to understand and assimilate that whatever you are

doing is for their own good not because you hate them or like

shouting. Some will even tag you ‘’nagging parent’’ with the

understanding that shouting is your hobby, and the scripture

admonishes us to guide the heart Proverb 4: 23

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from

it.

Is critically and consciously helping your children examine their

own hearts and motives as they try to find a better path to life and

understand the true meaning of life. But how can we do that if our

own motives about life are wrong? Our Lord Jesus said I am the

good shepherd and he went further to describe what makes Him a

good shepherd because with that, it means there is a bad shepherd.

It means Shepherding start with you, in line with some of the

qualities we find in Christ as a good shepherd:
