It is expected that as they grow up they should drop that foolishness
and become aware of that which is needful.
Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children.
In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults
(1 Corinthians 14:20).
If we can direct their heart aright they will be men and women of
understanding but to evil babies. I grow up knowing little of evil but
mature when it comes to matters of life because HE that is in me was
the Ancient of days and He is greater than he that is in the world
operating with His wisdom. Josiah was how many years when he
became the king of Israel (2 Chronicle 34: 1; 12: 1; 2 King 22: 1; 24:
1) so also Jeremiah, Jehoash, Solomon etc. Our Lord Jesus was at
the temple at age twelve teaching what marvel the elders (Luke 2: 39
– 47; Daniel 1:17; Job 32: 6 - 9). This verse in Luke tells us that he
was filled with wisdom, wax strong in spirit and that the grace of
God was upon him yet sinless. The question is ''how is your child
growing '' just in stature?
And the boy Samuel continued to grow in stature and
in favor with the Lord and with people (1 Samuel 2: 26)
And the child grew and waxed strong in spirit; he was filled
with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon him.
It is the Spirit of God that makes one wise and excellent and not
exposed to the evil world as we see in Elihu and Daniel in the
book of Job 32 and Daniel. What you expose your child to
matters a lot to their upbringing.
