Even at creation, God shielded man from the Tree of Knowledge and

Evil (Genesis 2: 16 – 17). When man eat of the tree or rather expose
to the tree in Genesis 6: 5 -6 they became wicked not wise. My father
was a religious man, he attend church once in a while yet you must

go to church on Sunday, he brought the Anglican Children's ministry
into his house (ACM), gave the ministry his car park and supported
us with everything we needed in as much is the things of God and was

part of family daily night devotion yet very rich. It was that ACM that
brought about our salvation and in a family of five wives, we all

leave together in one peace. Don't expose your child to things that
will destroy them (Android phones, TV programs like big
brother Africa, movies etc.) when you have not groomed his

mind to know what is true and stand for truth.
Shepherding the heart of a child should start from a tender age
when the heart/mind is still a tabular rasa (an absence of

preconceived ideas, a clean slate). When the mind is in its
hypothetical primary blank or empty state before receiving the
outside impression. From the theory that every individual is born

without built-in mental content, and therefore all knowledge
comes from experience or perception which I believe to some
extent, but some are divine that we don't have explanation. Apart

from the divine, mostly things are learned within and through
exposure (environment, from what the people they are staying
with do including parents, a teacher at school and students etc.).

As a child develops so also does his whole being develop
(physical, brain, emotion, etc.). As we guide him/her to learn to
talk, walk, eat etc. we should as well help in every aspect of life

because that is the formation stage.
