Design for New Administrative Capital

MASARA MISR is working on designing The Intelligent
Trafﰁc Management System for the New Administrative
Capital City. The Project vision is to integrate
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and
Internet of things (IoT) in a secure fashion to
manage Intelligent Parking Systems; Trafﰁc Signal;
Integrating Intelligent Public Transportation; Law
Enforcement and Trafﰁc Violations Detection Systems;
Fleet Management using the national RFID scheme;
and Trafﰁc Analysis Systems.

Maspero Transportation and Trafﰁc
Master Plan

MASARAT MISR was assigned to plan for Maspero Triangle
area which encompasses greenery and open spaces of
20,510 square meters, residential buildings spanning an
area of 26,929 square meters, in addition to mixed-
use properties extending over 130,047 quare meters.

MASARAT MISR provided a complete transportation
masterplan and trafﰁc study for the whole area.
Furthermore, Masarat Misr has developed a
comprehensive design for none-motorized including
Micro- Cars, Bicycles, Pedestrians and Cable Cars.
