FROM THE FCA PRESIDENT

Finance Corps Association Members,

As I reflect on my sixth and final year as President of the Finance Corps
Association (FCA), I am filled with gratitude for the experiences, challenges,
and accomplishments we've shared as an organization. It's important to
acknowledge the remarkable achievements of our Financial Managers, the

impactful leadership, and the significant dedication of the Soldiers, Civilians,
and family members associated with our Corps, the FCA, and the United
States Army. While I have served humbly, my true inspiration stems from the
members of the Corps who tirelessly "Pay the Way" for our Army.

In this concluding newsletter, I wish to provide details on the exciting events CSM (R) Morrissette

taking place during this year's Regimental Week, particularly highlighting the Finance Corps
Regimental Ball and the Hall of Fame ceremony.

The Finance Corps Regimental Week 2024 (April 24-26) is just around the corner. The Regimental
Ball is scheduled for April 26, 2024, at the 1917 Club (formerly the Noncommissioned Officer Club)

on Fort Jackson, SC. If you haven't already done so, please make your room reservations and
purchase your ticket(s) to ensure your participation in making this Regimental Week the most
memorable one yet. The FCA will host this year's event, and your active involvement is essential.

Here's a rundown of the scheduled events during Regimental Week:

1. Wednesday, April 24, 2024: The Finance Corps Association events commence with the Icebreaker
and General Membership meeting at the 1917 Club starting at 5:30 PM EST. Enjoy food, drinks,
giveaways, and the opportunity to purchase FCA SWAG.

2. Thursday, April 25, 2024: We will host the Finance Social Jam at the American Legion Post #215
located at 2432 Chappelle St Columbia, SC 29205, starting at 6:00 PM EST. Join us for food, drinks,
dancing, card playing, and socializing.

3. Friday afternoon, April 26, 2024: The FCA Hall of Fame Ceremony will be held at the Soldier

Support Institute auditorium in Columbia SC, starting at 1330 and hosted by COL Williams, Chief of
the Finance Corps and CSM Dodge, Command Sergeant Major of the Finance Corps.

4. Friday, April 26, 2024: The Finance Corps and Regimental Ball will be held at the 1917 Club, Fort
Jackson, Columbia, SC. This year, our guest speaker will be none other than our Military Deputy for

Budget to the Assistant Secretary of the Army: LTG Paul A. Chamberlain. Ensure to purchase your
ticket(s) as they are selling fast and will be cut off on April 16, 2024, or sooner depending on sales –
don't miss out!

5. Saturday, April 27, 2024: The Famous Annual Finance Corps Association Cookout will take place
behind the old Officer’s club at the cottages, starting at 1200 hrs. You won’t want to miss this event.

As I close this final message as the President of the FCA, I want to extend my deepest appreciation
to the FCA Officers and volunteers, both present and past, for their exceptional contributions to our

Association. The tireless efforts of our Officers and volunteers ensure the Association remains
steadfast in its mission to "Support and Serve" all who join our ranks. Their dedication merits a
resounding round of applause and my sincere gratitude. Together, their hard work has led to
numerous remarkable achievements, and I take immense pride in having work together with them. I
also wish to express heartfelt thanks to the Executive Committee for their invaluable guidance and

support over the past six years.
