As I transition, I entrust the capable hands of CSM (R) Gennaro Penn with the presidency of the
FCA. President-elect Penn is committed to continuing the vital work we've initiated, and I am
confident that under his leadership, the FCA will continue to thrive and grow. I eagerly anticipate
the next chapter in the FCA's journey.
Finally, I invite you to join us and help make this Regimental Week - 2024 a truly special occasion.
COL Williams and her staff have worked tirelessly to organize this event, and we eagerly anticipate
your presence. With heartfelt gratitude and appreciation, I extend my thanks to each one of you for
