Section 1 (b) Associate Members are organizations, which are offshoots of The
WFB, parent organization, which is currently an Ordinary member
of WFBY and shall: -

• Pay a registration fee of US$50 and US$50 annual subscription
fees.
• Entitled to participate in the General Conference and other
activities of WFBY at full costs.

• Not entitled to vote and be voted to the EXBO.
• Requested document for submitting with the application:

1. Legal Registration Certificate as Buddhist Organization
2. Youth Activities profile photo / description
3. Organization’s Constitution

Section 1(c) Organizations with observer status shall: -
• Pay a registration fee of US$100.

• Received information on WFBY and to be invited from time to
time to participate in WFBY activities at full costs.
• Not entitled to vote or be elected to the EXBO.

• Requested document for submitting with the application:
1. Legal Registration Certificate as Buddhist Organization
2. Youth Activities profile photo / description
3. Organization’s Constitution

Section 2 Each Regional Centers meeting all requirements, obligations and
consenting to be bound by the Constitution and by-laws of WFBY;
then and thereafter in force shall be granted an official WFBY Charter.

Section 3 Any Regional Centers that fails to conform to the Constitution
and by-laws, as adopted and amended, may have its charter and
membership of WFBY suspended or revoked by action of the
Executive Board of WFBY.
