Section 13 INTER-FAITH

• To be chaired by a Vice President and having at least four others
as members.
• To initiate and coordinate inter-religious understanding programs
to promote world peace.

Section 14 SPIRITUAL TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY

• To be chaired by a Vice President and having at least four others
as members.
• To formulate and promote special pilgrimages and tours towards
strengthening faith in the Buddha Dhamma.

ARTICLE VII

MEMBERSHIP

Section 1 The Membership of WFBY shall consist of Regional Centers, which
have been accepted by the EXBO of WFBY and certified in the manner
prescribed in the by-laws. There shall be two types of membership in
WFBY, which are Ordinary and Associate memberships. The EXBO,
at its discretion, may designate observer status to organizations,
which do not fulfill the requirements for membership.

Section 1 (a) Ordinary Members shall: -
• Pay a registration fee of US$150 and the annual subscription
fees of US$150 in full.
• Entitled to participate in the General Conference and other
activities of WFBY.
• Entitled to vote (one country-one vote basis) and be voted to
the EXBO.
• Requested document for submitting with the application:
1. Legal Registration Certificate as Buddhist Organization
2. Bank Statement or Front page of bank’s account / Financial
Report /Tax
3. Youth Activities profile photo / description
4. Management Board member list
5. Membership List (more than 100 members)
6. Organization’s Constitution
7. Preferably two references / recommendation letters
