• To gather and encourage exchange of information among Regional
Centers.
• To monitor on important issues affecting Buddhists in the world
and to recommend appropriate actions to be taken by WFBY.

Section 4 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

• To be chaired by a Vice President and having an Assistant Secretary
General to act as the secretary and at least four others as members.
• To initiate programs to enhance the leadership and management
skills of Buddhist Youth in the regional centers.

Section 5 BUDDHIST EDUCATION

• To be chaired by a Vice President and having at least four other
members.
• To initiate Dhamma based programs to educate the Buddhist youth.
• To gather and produce Buddhist literature, audio-visual and other
materials for the benefit of Buddhist youth.
• To monitor and review any publication or releases on Buddhism to
ensure its accuracy.
• To seek and approach relevant Buddhist teachers and scholars as
resource persons on Buddhism.

Section 6 BUDDHIST PROPAGATION
• To be chaired by a Vice President and having at least four others as
members.
• To initiate programs to enhance Buddhist propagation.
• To promote youth participation in Buddhist propagation programs.

Section 7 BUDDHIST CULTURE
• To be chaired by a Vice President and having at least four others
as members.
• To initiate programs to promote Buddhist culture in the daily lives
of Buddhist youth.
• To gather and disseminate information on the Buddhist way of life,
culture and art of different tradition and regions.
• To encourage the use of artistic and cultural approach as a way of
propagating the Teachings of the Buddha.
