2. If they are in general agreement that they may have an interest, each prospective
member would deposit $2,000 into a trust account. On or before December 10,
2015 each would make a decision to join or not join.
3. This deposit would be fully refundable up until December 10, 2015, if the network
elects not to join. If the decision is made to join, the deposit will be applied against
the initiation fee. If notice not to join is received after December 10, 2015 the
deposit is forfeited.
4. Each member who joins on the subscription date (December 10, 2015) will be
designated as an AILFN Founding Member.
