d. Measure the resistance between Pin 2 of Crankshaft
position sensor connector A011 and Pin 14 of ECM
connector A001. DI
Standard resistance:

Check if the result is ok? AX
Yes>go to Step 4.
No>check, repair or replace the ground harness of crankshaft position sensor. FR

4. Check the signal circuit of crankshaft position sensor
a. Ignition switch: LOCK. ST

b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole
c. Disconnect the connector A011 of crankshaft position sensor and ECM connector A001 separately BR

d. Measure the resistance between Pin 3 of Crankshaft
position sensor connector A011 and Pin 38 of ECM BW
connector A001.
Standard resistance:
EL
Multimeter connection Standard value

A011(3)-A001(38) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?

Yes>go to Step 5.

No>check, repair or replace the power harness of crankshaft position sensor.

5. Replace and check the crankshaft position sensor.

a. Replace the crankshaft position sensor

b. Use the diagnosis instrument to perform DTC confirmation procedure

c. Perform the procedure of reading the sensor data stream Confirm if the inspection result is ok

Check if the result is ok?

Yes> Replace the crankshaft position sensor.
NO>go to Step 6.
