Fault of fuel injector circuit
322- The current of solenoid valve drive circuit of Cylinder 1 injector is lower than the normal value or
open
324- The current of solenoid valve drive circuit of Cylinder 3 injector is lower than the normal value or
open
331- The current of solenoid valve drive circuit of Cylinder 2 injector is lower than the normal value or
open
332- The current of solenoid valve drive circuit of Cylinder 4 injector is lower than the normal value or
open
351-Power source of fuel injector-damages of intelligent device or part
Overview
1. The top of fuel injector is a solenoid control valve, whose fuel injection capacity and timing shall be
determined by power-on time of solenoid valve. The power-on time of solenoid valve shall be controlled by
electronic control unit as per the running conditions of engine.
2. In the common-rail fuel injection system, the formation of fuel injection pressure is unrelated to engine
speed and fuel injection capacity, the fuel injection starting time and fuel injection capacity can be realized by
electronic trigger fuel injection. The fuel injection time shall be controlled by the rotation angle of electronic
diesel engine control system or its time system (determined by crankshaft position sensor and camshaft
position sensor).
