Fauty of urea tank urea level temperature sensor
1668-Urea level sensor circuit-higher voltage over normal value or short to high-voltage power source
1669- The voltage of urea tank urea level temperature sensor 1 circuit is lower than the normal value or
short to the low voltage power supply
1677- The voltage of urea tank urea level temperature sensor 1 circuit is higher than the normal value
or short to the high voltage power supply
1678-Urea temperature sensor circuit-voltage below normal value or short to low-voltage power source
Overview
1. The urea tank level temperature sensor is used to check the level and temperature of urea in the tank, and
send the checked signal to engine ECU.
2. The urea tank level temperature sensor shall be installed inside the urea tank.

Diagnosis procedure
1. Read the DTC and data on the diagnosis instrument
a. Start the engine to run at idle.
b. Use the diagnosis instrument to perform DTC confirmation procedure.
c. Use the diagnosis instrument to read the sensor data stream.
d. Adopt the diagnostic unit to read the waveform of urea tank urea level temperature sensor.
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>intermittent failure.
NO>go to Step 2.
