2. Check the power circuit of barometric pressure sensor. IN

a. Ignition switch: ON.

b. Measure the voltage of #1 pin to ground from the back of
A004 connector of barometric pressure sensor.
Standard voltage: EG

Check, repair or replace
About 5V

Check if the result is ok?
FR
Yes>go to Step 3.
NO>Repair or replace the failed harness ST
3. Check the ground circuit of barometric pressure sensor.

a. Ignition switch: LOCK. BR
b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole

c. Disconnect the environmental pressure sensor connector A004 and ECM connector A010. BW
d. Measure the resistance between Pin 2 of environmental
pressure sensor connector A004 and Pin 64 of ECM EL
connector A001.

Standard resistance:

Multimeter connection Standard value

A004(2)-A001(64) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?

Yes>go to Step 4.

NO>Repair or replace the failed harness

4. Check the signal circuit of barometric pressure sensor

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.

b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole.

c. Disconnect the environmental pressure sensor connector A004 and ECM connector A001.
