2. Check the ground circuit of urea level temperature sensor. IN

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole. DI
c. Disconnect the urea level temperature sensor connector F061 and ECM connector F099.

d. Separately measure the resistance between Pin 2, 4 of EG
urea tank urea level temperature sensor connector F061 and
Pin 45 of ECM connector F099. TR
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connection Standard value AX

F061(2)-F099(45) About 0Ω
FR
F061(4)-F099(45) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok? ST
Yes>go to Step 3.

NO>Repair or replace the failed harness. BR
3. Check the signal circuit of urea level temperature sensor

a. Ignition switch: LOCK. BW
b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole.
c. Disconnect the urea tank urea level temperature sensor connector F061 and ECM connector F099. EL

d. Measure the resistance between Pin 1, 3 of urea tank urea
level temperature sensor connector F061 and Pin 91, 28 of
ECM connector F099.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connection Standard value

F061(1)-F099(91) About 0Ω

F061(3)-F099(28) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?

Yes>go to Step 4.

NO>Repair or replace the failed harness

4. Check and replace the power harness of urea level temperature sensor

a. Replace the urea level temperature sensor.

b. Use the diagnosis instrument to perform DTC confirmation procedure

c. Perform the procedure of reading the sensor data stream Confirm if the inspection result is ok
