DI - 132 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

Internal fault of controller (ECU)
8+1 Power supply to valves is low or open-circuit
8+3 Internal relay is not turned on

Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the ABSECU fuse

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Check if the ABSECU fuse F02 in the fuse box of instrument panel is broken.
If the fuse is broken?
Yes> replace with the same spec fuse(15A).

NO>go to Step 2.
2. Check the ABSECU power supply, grounding circuit

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect ABSECU Connector B063.

c. Measure the resistance between No 4 and 9 terminals of ABSECU connector with a multimeter.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B063(4)-grounding About 0Ω
B063(9)-grounding About 0Ω

d. Ignition switch:LOCK.
e. Check the voltage between No.7 and 8 terminals and the ground of ABSECU connector B063.
Standard voltage:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B063(7)-grounding About 24V

B063(8)-grounding About 24V
Check if the result is ok?

Yes>repair ABSECU power supply and grounding circuit.
NO>replace ABS ECU.
