DI - 128 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts
2. Check ABS solenoid valve
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole.
c. Disconnect the connector F017 of left front ABS solenoid valve.
d. Take a multimeter to measure the resistance between No. 1 and No. 2 terminal on front left ABS solenoid
valve and No. 2 and No. 3 terminals.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
1-2 About 14Ω
2-3 About 14Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.
No> Replace the left front ABS solenoid valve.
3. Check the ground circuit of ABS solenoid valve
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the cable of battery negative pole.
c. Disconnect the connector F017 of left front ABS solenoid valve.
d. Measure the resistance between No 2 terminals of left
front ABS solenoid valve F017 and grounding with a
multimeter.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
F017(2)-grounding About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 4.
No> Repair the circuitg between ABS solenoid valve and grounding.
4. Check the ABS solenoid valve circuit
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect ABSECU connector B064 and left front ABS solenoid valve connector F017.
