Wiper and scrubber failure IN
Overview

Function of wiper: in raining and snowing time, when rain and snow fall on the vehicle glass window, the DI
driver vision will be impacted seriously. Switch on the wiper to wipe off rain or snow on the window so as to
broaden the view of driver and improve driving safety.

In rainy days, the rapid and large rain will hit the windshield, even if the wiper moves as fast as possible, TR
it is difficult to clear away the raindrop, resulting in the driver's line of sight affected. In order to ensure
traffic safety, stop driving immediatelyd.

The function of scrubber: inject the washing liquor to the windshield glass and clean the dust or dirt with the

action of wiper to give the driver a good view.

Precautions

1. Remove the battery terminal negative before disconnecting the connector and wait at least 1 min as it
may result in personal injury. ST
2. If the wiper is accidentally blocked in the process of using, cut off the power immediately to
prevent wiper motor from burning out. BR

3. The wiper blade shall be kept in close contact with the window glass in the process of using, and there
must be no gap, or else the wiper can not play the role of cleaning. BW
4. Dry scraping is prohibited in the process of using, if you accidentally touch the wiper switch, turn off
it promptly. The window glass and scraper shall be cleaned and maintained to prevent dust EL
accumulation.

5. Scrubbers can not work for long hours, which shall be less than or equal to 5s for each work. Each
intermittent time shall not be less than 10s, if there is no scrubbing solution, it is not allowed to open the
scrubbing motor.

6. The spray pipe shall be tighted, and it is strictly prohibited to unplug the spray pipe at random.
When washing the car, do not to spray and wash the spray pipe joints for a long time so as to avoid
corrosion aging.

7. In low temperature area, be sure to add the scrubbing solution that meets the local temperature
requirements.
8. Do not use engine antifreeze or other substitutes to prevent window glass and body paint from being
damaged.
9. Scrubbing solution is easy to consume, please check it regularly (two weeks or one month), if
insufficient, please add scrubbing solution.
