1. inspect the pressure switch
(a). Electromagnetic clutch control:
Inspect the operation of pressure switch.
low-pressure valve high-pressure valve • install the manifold pressure gauge on
(conducted)
the pipeline.
• connect the positive pole of the
(non-conducted) (non-conducted) multimeter (ohm grade) to pin 4 and
the negative pole to pin 1.
• inspect the switching between pins in
accordance with the illustration when
the pressure of refrigeration system
changes.
Replace with a new pressure switch when the
operation condition doesn’t meet the standard.

(b). Radiator fan control:
Inspect the operation of pressure switch.
• connect the positive pole of the
multimeter (ohm grade) to pin 2 and
(conducted)
the negative pole to pin 3.
(non-conducted)
• inspect the switching between pins in
accordance with the illustration when
the pressure of refrigeration system
51 changes.
Replace with a new pressure switch when the
operation condition doesn’t meet the standard.

2. electromagnetic clutch compressor assembly
(a). Connect the positive pole of the compressor to the positive pole of battery and connect the
negative pole of the compressor to the earthing of the vehicle.
(b). Inspect whether the electromagnetic clutch responses.
Replace with a new compressor assembly when the operation condition doesn’t meet the standard.
