Inspection

1. Fan switch assembly
(a). Inspect the switching of the fan switch.
Multimeter Switch Standard value
connection pin position
- OFF Non-conducted
1-6 LO Conducted
1-6-8 M1 Conducted
1-5-8 M2 Conducted
1-4-8 HI Conducted
Replace with a new fan switch assembly when the
switching condition doesn’t meet the standard.

2. Air blower resistance
(a). Measure the resistance value between the
pins according to the table below.

Multimeter connection pin Standard value

1-2 2.93 Ω

1-3 1.03Ω

1-4 7.49Ω
Replace with a new blower resistance when the
resistance value doesn’t meet the standard.
3. Air blower motor 51
(a). Connect the positive pole of the battery to
Pin 2 and the negative pole to Pin 1 and
inspect whether the motor can operate
steadily.
Replace with a new blower motor if the motor
doesn’t operate normally.

4. Heater relay

Replace with a new blower relay when the
switching condition doesn’t meet the standard.
