Heater and AC-Evaporator
13. Assemble evaporator
(a). Put evaporator into its housing, put on 4 clamps and fasten 4 bolts.
14. Assemble thermostat switch
(a). Lock the clamp of thermostat switch.
Hint:
Distance between thermostat switch and surface
of core is 8-10mm.

15. Assemble evaporator assembly
(a). Fasten 5 bolts, connect the inserts and
assemble evaporator assembly.
Torque: 23 ± 2 N•m
