Windscreen/Window glass/Rearview mirror-Front Windscreen

(b). Make the matching mark on the position
shown on the figure on windscreen and
body.
Hint:
It needs not to make the matching marker if the
windscreen will not be used again.

(c). Thread a fine steel wire through the
72 clearance between body and windscreen.
(d). Tie both ends of the steel wire to wooden
block or similar thing.
(e). Pull the steel wire around the windscreen
to delete the binder.
Notes:
· Do not damage the paint or
inside/outside trimming parts when
the windscreen is separated.
· Put one plastic pad between steel wire
and safety mat to prevent the safety
mat from scratch before the
windscreen is disassembled.
(f). Disassemble the windscreen assembly by
sucker.
Notes:
· Be careful and do not drop the
windscreen.
· Keep more binder on the body as
possible when the windscreen is
disassembled.

14. Disassemble the outside trimming strip of front windscreen
Hint:
The outside trimming strip should be replaced.
