22. Assemble front windscreen assembly
(a). Put the front windscreen assembly
· As shown in the figure, place front
windscreen assembly to correct position
by sucker.
· Check and make sure the complete
contact surface of the glass rim is
smooth.
· Align the alignment marker on front
windscreen assembly and body.
Notes: check and make sure the glass clips
are assembled on the body correctly.
· Take off the front windscreen assembly
(b). Coat the reactive PU black primer on the
installation surface of the body by brush. 72
Notes:
· Do not coat it with too much primer.
· Dry the primer layer 5 minutes or
longer.
· Do not keep the unsealed primer for
future use.
Hint:
Clean the primer away by clean rags before it is
dry if the primer is painted on the
unspecified area.
(c). Sealing
· Coat the specified area with PU black
glass sealant by sealing gun as shown in
the figure.
Notes:
· Do not coat the position with too much
glass glue.
· Clean the glass sealant away by clean
rags before it is dry if the glass sealant
is painted on the unspecified area.
