Intake-Air cleaner assembly

(b) Connect air cleaner assembly with intake
hose, and tighten the clamp.
Torque: 9~11 N•m
(c) Check that junctions of intake line are
tight and firm without looseness and air
leak, etc. The clamp bolt should be
installed in such a direction that it will
not interfere with other places on the
body after tightened.

(d) Install the 2 bolts connecting intake
nozzle 1 of air cleaner assembly with 13
bracket, and tighten them.
Torque: 21~25 N•m
Notice:
Air cleaner assembly should be connected
firmly and securely with its bracket. Its
exterior should be free of cracks and no
looseness and air leak should occur at the
joint.

9. Connecting air cleaner clogging
warning light switch
(a) Connect connector of air cleaner
clogging warning light switch.

10. Connecting intake air temperature
sensor
(a) Connect connector of intake air
temperature sensor.

11. Connect battery negative cable
12. Tilting down cab
