Rear axle- Rear wheel hub with brake drum assembly

Rear axle gear oil

Replacement

1. Drainage oil
(a). Rotate the drain plug counterclockwise and
remove it.
(b). Exhaust the rear axle gear oil.
(c). Screw down the drain plug clockwise.

2. Filling
(a). Rotate the oiling plug counterclockwise and
remove it.
(b). Fill gear oil into the rear-axle housing.

1051 series 3.5 L

1061 series Hypoid gear oil GL-5 85W/90 5.0 L

1089 series 6.5 L

(c). Screw down the oiling plug clockwise.
