(c). Measure the thrust washer thickness of the
fourth-shifting gear.

(d). Remove the fourth-shifting gear attachment and the
needle bearing from the secondary axle.
6. Remove the third-shifting and fourth-shifting
synchronizers.
(a). Remove the third-shifting and fourth-shifting
synchronizer retainer rings.
