Theme 9: Improve school IT Communication and Collaboration Service with the wider
community
Staff and parents must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively through the use of voice, video,

and reliable data. To improve our ability to communicate and collaborate with parents efficiently, the IT team
will define a vision for unified communication and collaboration services, identify the desired services to fulfil
the vision, and develop a plan for delivering the services.
