Who are the main leads and what do they need to do?
The Head of Digital Learning and the IT Consultant are the primary leaders for this theme, as they are
accountable for the proper management of the school's IT resources. The school community relies on
information technology services to perform its functions. Appropriate IT investments require effective
decision-making on the part of the school's Head of Digital Learning and the IT Consultant.

● Develop and implement a process that incorporates strategic leadership and fiduciary responsibility,
