In the Kata category, I performed my cho-
sen katas with strength, dedication and lots
of practice which led me to obtain the gold
medal in the white-blue belt girls category.
As we moved on to the Kumite aspect (spar-
ring), I engaged in dynamic exchanges that
demanded power and strategic thinking.
Despite the challenges, in this competition I
emerged with a bronze medal.
Winning both events represented the re-
sult of hard work and determination from all
the participants. It felt amazing to show how
much effort we put in in front of so many peo-
ple. This experience also highlighted how im-
