n  Friday  16th  February,  the  Regent
              School held its annual cooking com-
     O petition where Congo, Senegal, Benue
     and Volta competed to see who could make
     the best-tasting food, Good teamwork skills,

     the best use of the items provided and their
     neatness and hygiene.


     All of us competing in the competition had
     fun  laughing  and  conversing  while  cooking
     Jollof  rice  and  chicken.  Each  house  show-
     cased its amazing culinary skills and unique

     way of cooking and mixing spices, making it
     a very ambitious competition.


     In conclusion, we were all very cheerful and
     jovial leaving the kitchen with smiles on our
     faces. The cooking competition was a suc-
     cess and we all went home with newly ac-
     quired skills and talents.
