n March 24 2024, the boarding debate
competition took place, where all hos-
O tels gathered to compete against each
other. The event kicked off with the Junior Cat-
egory, pitting Danfodio Hostel against Odudu-

wa. After a stiff competition, Danfodio emerged
victorious, showcasing our teamwork and ded-
ication.

Moving on to the finals, our representatives
from Danfodio, including myself and my senior,
Mansur Ibrahim, faced off against two formi-
dable Year 9 opponents. Despite my trembling
nerves, we persevered through hard work and

determination, ultimately grabbing the win.
The victory was unexpected, yet incredibly re-
warding.
Boarding In the Senior category, we gave it our all, aim-

ing for the top spot. Although we secured sec-
