After making each of the lists of what’s stopping you, pick out 3
most important ones and then rank them in the order in which you
want to tackle them.
Your Strengths – pick out the top 3 and then rank them such that
your biggest strength comes first. Devise ways to include this
strength in pursuit of your goal. For instance, if you are a coach
and writing is your strength, then find ways to incorporate writing
in your value delivery and leads generation. For instance, my top
strength is public speaking, I organize seminars, I have a television
program, I organize webinars, I do keynote speaking, I do

Opportunities – Pick out the top 3 opportunities available to you
which you can exploit to get your goal. Start with your biggest
opportunity and then pick the next 2 other opportunities.
This process will give you clarity on what to do. The absence of
confusion will also release to you a lot of energy; when you notice
that, grab it and deploy it towards executing your tasks.

fix the chaos the better. Richard Branson also did not make a
secret of the chaotic state of his record mail-order business;
because they didn’t have a system in place.
Organising your business is much easier than you think. I would

it. Eventually, as you grow bigger you may get experts to help you
do it properly.
Bandwidth – as much as you need more broadband bandwidth, so
does your brain. Some entrepreneurs would tell you they know
everything about their business off-hand, inside out. If that’s you,
congrats for being a genius. Albert Einstein said he couldn’t recall
