capability to develop confidence. So,  confidence is my reward
             because I don’t have to go through the 3Cs anymore to do public
             speaking of any kind, it just flows. I hope you can take that example
             and then apply it to any project you have at hand now.
             Leadership and Communication – In my book Goldmine of Your
             Mind – Your Fast Track to Abundance’ I discussed the importance
             of communication for a leader. Good communication will propel
             you to a new level of success if you master it. How do you improve
             your communication  skills? Reading and studying great
             communicators. Learn  how they structure  their communication
             and influence people. I am not going to spend a lot of time on this
             part because you can read it from my other book. Let me touch
             briefly on active listening as a skill. Being quiet and listening is not
             active listening, it is  reading the body language, the implied
             meaning of what is said and more importantly what is not said. So,
             master your communication if you want to become a good leader.
             You must be able to communicate your vision to the team. You
             must convey your thoughts in a way that they understand, so that
             they feel what you feel and go on the journey with you totally.

             Team Building – So much has been said about leading yourself
             and I know this would take you on a solid journey in leading others.
             Leading others is about influencing them without coercion; you get
             them to do what you want but they would think it is their idea. I am
             not going to be discussing leadership styles etc., this is not the
             kind of book  for  that. You will need  to apply different kinds  of
             methods to get things  done; and carry people along with you.
             Exceptional people are hard to find therefore you must learn how
             to find them if  you want to accomplish great things in your
             business. You need to understand a little bit about the psychology
             of people, performance and motivation to do it effectively.
             So, to  create a big business, it is impossible to do everything
             yourself, therefore, you may need to get other people on board in
             your business.
             Andrew Carnegie said, ‘the secret of success is not in doing your
             own work but in recognizing the best person to do it.’
             He was one of richest and wisest men of all time and you better
             take his words seriously.
