3. Ownership & Access

• All photos, videos, recordings, and creative content produced by Baby Kid Teen
Media Group are the exclusive property of the Media Group

• Media Group will share copies of media content with Talent at no cost, to
support their personal portfolio, career promotion, and growth

• Talent may use shared content for auditions, reels, websites, and social media,
provided proper credit is given

4. Compensation

Unless previously agreed upon and approved in a separate written agreement, no
financial compensation will be provided for the use of my child’s image, voice, or
performance. This release is granted voluntarily and without expectation of payment.

5. Privacy & Protection

• My child’s last name will not be publicly displayed unless written permission is
granted

• Media Group will take reasonable steps to ensure respectful and appropriate use
of all content

• I may revoke this release in writing at any time, though previously published
materials may remain in circulation

6. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Baby Kid Teen Media Group, its affiliates, staff, and
partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of my child’s
image, voice, or performance.

7. Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of the minor named below, and I have full
authority to grant this release. I have read and understood this form and agree to its
terms.
