BKT National Talent & Guardian Information Packet

• Guardian agrees to honor all confirmed dates provided by Media Group

• Absences must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours in advance, unless
due to emergency
• Repeated absences or lack of preparation may result in removal from future
opportunities

5. Media Ownership & Career Support

• All photos, videos, recordings, and creative content produced by Media Group
remain the exclusive property of Baby Kid Teen Media Group

• Media Group will share copies of media content with Talent at no cost, to support
their personal portfolio, career promotion, and growth

• Talent may use shared content for auditions, reels, websites, and social media,
provided proper credit is given

6. Professionalism & Communication

• Guardian agrees to maintain professional, respectful communication with Media
Group staff, volunteers, and other families
• Disruptive behavior, verbal abuse, or failure to follow communication protocols
may result in termination of participation

• Guardian agrees to model and reinforce punctuality, preparedness, and kindness
with their child

7. Brand Protection & Online Conduct

• Guardian and Talent agree not to disparage, defame, or misrepresent Baby Kid
Teen Media Group in any public forum, including social media, blogs, or online reviews

• Constructive feedback may be submitted privately through designated
communication channels
• Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal recourse

8. On-Set Ethics & Kindness Clause

• Talent and Guardian agree to uphold a culture of kindness, inclusion, and respect
during all Media Group activities
