Non-Exclusive Talent Management Agreement

Empowering Families. Elevating Young Talent. Building Legacy.

This Non-Exclusive Talent Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by
and between Baby Kid Teen Media Group (“Media Group”) and the undersigned parent

or legal guardian (“Guardian”) of the minor child (“Talent”) named below.

1. Purpose

Baby Kid Teen Media Group provides creative opportunities, training, and showcase
platforms for young performers. This Agreement outlines expectations for participation,
professionalism, and scheduling, without establishing an exclusive management or
agent relationship.

2. Non-Exclusive Relationship
• Media Group does not serve as the exclusive manager, agent, or representative
of Talent.

• Talent and Guardian may pursue other opportunities outside of this Agreement.

• Media Group does not receive commission, salary, or financial compensation
from Talent’s external work or earnings.

3. Participation & Commitment

Guardian agrees to:

• Ensure Talent’s timely participation in scheduled auditions, rehearsals, training
sessions, and showcases

• Maintain professional conduct and respectful communication with Media Group
staff and other participants

• Support Talent’s completion of assigned training modules, workshops, or
preparation tasks
